Hi, I’m Kelleigh
I help create wellness solutions for a Regenerative future - from my 1:1 nutrition clients, practitioner clinical consulting, business systems consulting, or food & climate activism - my foundation is always a holistic systems thinking approach rooted in deep awe and respect for the innate intelligence of the natural systems in and around us.
Innovation, integrity, and optimization, are my core values that influence every aspect of my offerings.
I am Regenerative Systems Consultant, Functional Medicine Nutritionist Expert, Practitioner Clinical Consultant, Teacher, Trainer, Educator, Presenter, Subject Matter Expert, and Nutrition Content Writer.

Additionally, my holistic health approach is rooted in my training as an East-West Planetary Herbologist through the School of East-West Herbology with Michael & Leslie Tierra and my YST-200 yoga teacher training in traditional Kashmir Shivism Tantra Yoga from Shri Kali Ashram in India.
What got me started down this whole road was getting my masters in Philosophy, Cosmology, and Consciousness with an Integral Ecology Specialty from the California Institute for Integral Studies in San Francisco, CA. A deep quest for philosophy and for the systems that underlie our reality, I carry that holistic approach through in my clinical work, my regenerative solutions business realm, and my climate solution activist work.
With deep tendencies and further training in systems thinking and organization, I help design regenerative systems for mission-driven businesses to scale and thrive and act as a Force For Good in the world.
I offer the following services:

My mission is to be a transformative leader, innovating solutions for a healthier world - elevating the bottom line to Purpose, People, Planet, and Prosperity.
My Story
My deeply inquisitive nature and search for meaning and purpose has led me down some wild roads - I began to question the deeper meaning in life when I was young - losing my mother to breast cancer when she was only 37, and also losing my step-father and my house to a fire all within those same few months of starting high school - I felt the rug was pulled out from under my life.
Nothing made sense anymore and the worldview I was taught as a child did not make sense in light of these tragedies. So, I continued to seek. Studying the depths of psychology in university I found a passion for asking questions more than finding answers.
Moving to Chicago after college and working in the fashion industry, I thought I was pursuing the life of my dreams - but deep down my heart knew I needed more and my soul had more lessons and adventures to experience.
It was a unusually sunny spring day when I discovered my first book on non-dualistic eastern philosophy in that Chicago library. I was hooked - I no longer could just continue living in the world and having a ‘job’ without knowing the fundamental nature of reality itself. I started going to yoga, dreaming of traveling to far of places, and asking myself uncomfortable questions that shook my whole worldview.
I followed this path of soul inquiry and left my stable life behind in pursuit of these questions, going to get my masters in Philosophy, Cosmology, and Consciousness from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco and for the first time, really diving into studying integral ecology systems and truly facing the anxieties and grief about our planetary crisis and still not having answers as to how I would play my part, I decided to live a year home free - just me any my backpack and one way tickets around the world. I studied yoga and tai chi in India, meditation in Thailand, plant medicine in Peru, and so much more.
I found my way up to Oregon and starting going down the functional medicine path to help heal my own body and in doing so found a career that I love in supporting clients and practitioners both directly with clinical nutrition strategies and solutitions, but also on the business side of things, organizing and optimizing systems and workflows for maximum efficiency.
I recently moved to Bend Oregon, which has been a dream of mine and found myself getting more involved with policy change around food security, food equity, and climate change. I am a passionate regenerative systems activist, working both at the grass-roots level and now at the policy level to catalyze these shifts we desperately need if we are to survive on this planet.
